Hardware set-up
The hardware set-up is tailored to you, using AI vision, imaging, and camera technology developed in-house.
Data processing
AI models process the data you provide. All SensAI needs is enough visual data to train the AI models: +/- 300 pictures per damage type and pictures of correct variations
Defect detection
SensAI identifies defects up to micron level. It measures dimensions and automatically labels defects such as scratches, dents, cracks, discoloration, and other custom types.
