To improve the efficiency of Boerschappen’s fresh food picking and packing process, we are developing an integrated system that combines AI, computer vision, and robotics, enabling more flexible and optimized food picking.

The challenge

Boerschappen’s packing process involves distributing and placing many different fresh farmer’s products into food boxes and delivering them to end customers. This needs time-consuming and costly manual labor. Moreover, their technology is mostly designed around manual labor and is not easily scalable.

The solution

To solve this, we are developing a food processing robotics system combined with our proprietary AI vision technology. This will enable real-time, flexible handling of fresh farm products with less human intervention.
