Cboost is all about turning innovative ideas into reality. That’s why we are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team and to bring concepts to life. This role requires a go-getter who can take control of ongoing sprints, plan further development in advance, gather requirements from stakeholders, and perform other project management activities.
What you’ll do
- Plan and prioritize engineering work in collaboration with the engineering team
- Ensure that your projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clear and actionable specifications
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure alignment and understanding
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders
- Conduct planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Continuously improve project management processes and practices
Who you are

- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, working with engineers and project tracking
- Good understanding of various project management methodologies, including agile / scrum
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Affinity with AI / Machine Learning, Machine Vision, Industrial Automation and / or Robotics is a strong plus
- In possession of driver’s license
- Fluent in Dutch is a must
- Great English skills
